By using Steepworks and related applications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Steepworks provides AI-powered orchestration infrastructure for first-party and partner applications, including:

  • Planning and coordinating multi-step AI workflows.
  • Routing across models and tools with policy guardrails.
  • Shared adapters for retrieval, documents, approvals, and analytics.
  • Monitoring and governance for connected applications.

3. User Accounts

  • Creation: Provide accurate account details and maintain account security.
  • Age Rules: Users under applicable minimum age require parental/guardian consent.
  • Management: Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security issues.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempts to disrupt systems, break laws, impersonate others, or abuse AI outputs.

5. Academic Integrity

Steepworks may support learning workflows. You are responsible for compliant and ethical usage in your environment.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership and grant limited processing rights to operate the Service.
  • Our Content: Product UI, systems, and branding are owned by or licensed to Steepworks.
  • AI Content: AI outputs may be imperfect; verify before high-impact use.

7. Pricing and Payments

Paid plans are billed on the selected schedule. Payment processing is handled by third parties. Pricing may change with notice.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steepworks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Steepworks against claims arising from misuse of the Service or violations of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.

12. Privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We will post updates with a revised date and provide notice for material changes when appropriate.
